“The proposal was definitely a surprise. Kelsey is a school teacher. Zack sent all of our co-workers a message on Facebook letting them know he planned to propose at their faculty meeting. Since it was also, Kelsey’s birthday, it was the perfect time to propose.  When Kelsey entered the room to the meeting, everyone began to sing happy birthday. As they were singing, Zack walked in with balloons and he popped the question right in front of everyone”
