Ingredients: 5 fresh mint leaves, plus a few sprigs for garnish 1 teaspoon sugar Shaved Ice 2 ½ ounces bourbon whiskey Lemone slice, for garnish Orange slice, for garnish Maraschino cherry , for garnish Directions: Place mint leaves, sugar and a splash of water into a silver julep cup or 12- ounce Tom Collins glass, Muddle the mint, sugar, and water together with the tip of the handle of a wooden spoon. Fill the glass with shaved ice, add the bourbon, and stir until combined. Garnisg with a lemon or orange slice, a cherry , and a few sprigs of mint.

1 cup strained sweet, fresh watermelon juice (I used almost one-third of the Sugar Baby Watermelon) 1/2 cup good vodka (Grey Goose or Ketel One) Squeeze of fresh lime juice Ice cubes Sugar to rim the glasses Watermelon slices for garnish Directions Dip rims of martini glasses in a little water and then immediately dip into sugar. Set aside. Quickly mix ice, watermelon juice, vodka and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Only shake two or three times or else it will become watery. You just want to mix and chill the drink. Pour into sugar rimmed glasses. Garnish with watermelon slices.

Pineapple & Mango Rum Cocktail
Ingredients 2 1/2 small ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed (about 2 cups), plus 1/2 mango cut into slices with skin, for garnish 4 ounces best-quality golden rum 4 cups fresh pineapple juice (from a 4 1/2-pound pineapple) Fresh tropical fruit, such as dragon fruit and star fruit, for garnish Directions Puree mangoes, rum, and 1/2 cup water in a blender. Pour 2 ounces puree into each of six 12-ounce glasses. Fill glasses with ice and top off with pineapple juice. Garnish with tropical fruit.
Summer Fruit Sangria
6 cups assorted fruits (such as mango, pineapple, cantaloupe, and apricot), sliced or cut into chunks 1/4 cup thinly sliced peeled fresh ginger 1 to 1 1/2 cups fresh basil or mint leaves 1/2 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau 1 bottle crisp white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon) Ice
In a large bowl or pitcher, combine fruit, ginger, basil or mint, and orange liqueur. Mash gently with the back of a wooden spoon until basil is bruised and fruit releases juices. Add wine and lemon juice and stir to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour (or up to 1 day). To serve, fill eight glasses with ice and top with sangria

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups light rum 3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice 3 cups fresh pineapple juice 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice 2 tablespoons cranberry juice 2 tablespoons grenadine Ice cubes 1 lime, thinly sliced, for garnish Directions In a large pitcher, combine the rum, juices, and grenadine. Stir until well blended. Fill glasses with ice; divide mixture between glasses. Garnish with lime and serve immediately.
